Homelessness is REAL in Atlanta

For years, I was plagued with the thought of how I could be a part of the solution with reducing the growing reality of homelessness in our community. As a native of Atlanta, I was constantly reminded of the suffering of so many who were living on the streets. Regular people just like you and I, who for a variety of reasons found themselves without a safe place to call home. Women with children are especially vulnerable to homelessness. Many of whom are not able to get or maintain jobs due to being unable to afford childcare and the cost of living.
